      It used to offer different job positions to enable one's growth.

      Cons

      1. Lost my work/life balance due to the amount of work. 2. I moved from being a person to be a number 3. Human Resources interaction for important things was reduced to creating tickets in a system. i had no longer had some easy access to a person.
