      As long as you can talk your way through the work you have your Manager's and his/her superior's blessing

      Cons

      Performance is throttled, you should not exceed performance expectations of Manager in ISG. If it happens then you are a threat to the Manager's or their superior's salary hike later, so they will remove you using layoffs excuse. They will give quality work to their friends in the Org no matter how dumb they are.
