Pros

Some very interesting people - some pool managers were very good and supportive. The lifts were quick

Cons

Where to start: - Poor pay - Shocking location - No communication between 'VPs' and the rest - No culture - No perks - Fastest staff turnover I have ever seen (the good ones leave within a year) - Mind-numbing work - Zero recognition - Zero incentives - Promotion culture of 'who you know' rather than promotion on capability - Total top-down communication

Pros

It's a great name to have on your resume and a good place to kickstart your career.

Cons

* It takes a very long time to get promoted. * The company consistently loses its best people due to their inability to promote their people. * Some of the most clueless managers you will ever come across.
