Great pay, flexible hours, DB has its own nursery, additional pension contribution, company car, bicycle to work, private health insurance with 100% bill cover, MyFlex, gym, meals included, taxi paid, business class flights

Despite hard times, DB is doing what they can to right the ship. The workplace is pleasant, considering that it's a major financial institution and they take benefits, philanthropy and corporate responsibility seriously.

Cons

No complaints outside of standard industry complaints other than aged technology.
