Pros

Remote working Specialised in AWS AWS funded projects

Cons

A lot of middle management, quite ‘toxic’ and closed doors. You either become one of them - as in fairly fake and talk a good game rather than competence, or be looked down on. There’s an air of pretence you don’t see even at top tier consultancies, perhaps the business once did well (though it’s a low bar in this sector) through luck and timing which has led to it. It’s hard as some of them are nice but it’s arrogance, as the competence does not match the talk. More a schools club than a professional outfit, though some members are professional - the business(Ubertas until 2025) seems to have survived this far and has been acquired by Devoteam, but its business model is a familiar one, maintain a core of untalented but tightly knit club members, bring in staff to burn and churn, and maintain this through alliances with AWS. Is it sustainable? Sometimes yes consultancies do maintain this format, but usually the ones that last the core is talented + good.
