Pros

Excellent benefits, lots of paid vacation, met some good people, decent job security, learned a ton about the business and customer service.

Cons

Tout high incentive plans that have their requirements changed constantly and are very difficult to hit, depending on the department you will be taking calls non-stop and be very stressed out, can't take PTO on weekends which you are always working, group call listening sessions (you get to listen to random calls with half your team present), low raises 9 cents an hour after 9 months.
