Great management staff. They really care about creating a positive working environment and building a community for the staff. In my experience with DT, my coworkers not only took pride in their work, but also were genuinely good people on the whole.

Cons

Communication between departments was not fantastic.

A Hilton brand hotel, has a great support system with corporate. Many Hilton options to use employee discount worldwide. High quality brand so you don't have to work in a dumpy hotel.

Cons

The chocolate chip and walnut cookies have a lot of calories. People love them but you can't give them to people with nut allergies, diabetes, or people on diets.
