Pros

Work and look elsewhere quick, they will fire you if you make a mistake and they will do it with a smile on their faces, they won't even blink and it definitely will be as sudden as possible.

Cons

Head manager and Human resources manager have high ego and take everything so personally, worst place to work, it seems like everyone is a manager there, sometimes I see 5 managers to one subordinate there, and all of them have their own over-sized ego and self pride that blinds them from a good sense of judgement.

Pros

Great place to get your foot in the door and possibly move forward with other companies. Also, very informative in terms of learning the ins and outs of hospitality.

Cons

Pay is not competitive. Incentives aren't anything to rave over. Seems that management only cares about their numbers rather than their own employees.
