Pros

Travel benefits. Hourly pay was OK for some people. I realized I should have asked for more when I negotiated hourly pay because they were desperate to hire somebody.

Cons

The property I worked at (near JFK UMass) had horrible safety issues, health hazards in the kitchen, and problems with pluming, heat/AC, bed bugs etc. No free lunch, you have to pay for food. One evening some guest got stabbed in a parking lot. The other days we had people OD in public restroom. And prostitution was just another issue. Management hired some poor guy as a security who wasn't going to risk his life for $10/h. I was afraid to walk home at night after work.

I've been here for 2 months now and it's a great place to work. it's a home away from home everyone is down to earth, just know that If you get a chance to work here everyday will be awesome.

I loved the atmosphere. I loved meeting new people that came from all over the world. My manager was great too.

Cons

The company who owns the hotel does not take pride in their workers. They under pay and over work.
