Great team of associates who care about the customer first and quality.

Cons

New management have zero knowledge on the staff and treat staff like crap. Cheat staff on work hours when high up management give far too much in comps to guest.

Pros

The people you work with become family. The hotel is beautiful, and does strive to make the guest experience memorable. The discount for employees is amazing.

Cons

The pay is okay. Upper management does not listen to hourly employees, and at times base the decisions on their need nor does of the guest and front line employees. But, overall is not bad.
