      Pros

      In my time at Empathy Lab I have been able to provide my thoughts and expertise on some pretty major brands. The business we win is a reflection of a collaborative environment with lots of smart people working together to push their limits. I'm impressed with my colleagues every day.

      Cons

      Doing things for the first time means we're going to fall down somewhere along the way. New processes, new technologies, new devices... we're facing something new every single day, and while challenging, it's incredibly exciting as well. You need to be the type of person who's ready to problem solve, because our work is hard, but the results are amazing.

      Pros

      Exciting work, best in class coworkers, projects are truly a team effort but individuals are also recognized for their contributions. Upper management (VPs and above) are very, very accessible and seem to truly recognize the value in the entire staff. CEO knows everyone by name and is always available. SVPs are equally accessible, and are in the trenches with the employees, offering help as needed. They're not just pencil pushers and buck-passers, which you find in a lot of other companies. I got tired of being the only person at my last job to work my butt off and always do my best. At Empathy Lab, it's not like that. Everyone is doing their best, all the time. It's nice not to be the only one who gives a hoot.

      Cons

      Not the place for people who watch the clock, or people who want to slip through the cracks and just do the bare minimum.
