      EPAM has unique ability to attract good people. Tons and tons of bright engineers with positive an energetic attitude work there. Real joy to work with these people.

      Co workers are good people

      Cons

      Small Company, wants to earn money big money by overloading their staff. Not at all flexible with timings, no internal discussions, your work is evaluated at every moment, therefore leaves you with little scope to learn. Will set unrealistic deadlines, even a 16hr deadline to bill their clients. Managers are rude and always try to take the credit. No appreciation. Working on weekends is a obvious and understood, nobody will inform you about that
