      Pros

      Good people to learn from. Results focussed, open discussions allowed mgmt not aloof. Successful atmosphere, MOST clients are good to work with. Growing fast so no shortage of opportunities. Better than many of its peers in fairness honesty and focus on real results. Not a body shop, which is common in this industry

      Cons

      Fast grwoing comapny means a lot of processes and people are challenged and stretched. Everyone always busy, rarely a calm moment. But i guess that is so wiht any small-medium business wiht fast growth rate.

      a smaller company so you can easily see what is happening, reasonable pay for IT consultant. clients limited to GTA so no out of town travel.

      Cons

      you are a treated as a resource. your work may not have continuity and career direction is not clear. training is not given priority.

      Pros

      If you are young, inexperienced and have little options then Thoughtcorp may be a good choice to get exposure to different things.

      Cons

      Leadership divided, no vision or strategy, somewhat of a sweat shop and very little learning opportunities. Too much favouritism with certain people and a lack of expertise in any area really limits the amount of learning you can do. The owners are nice and interesting but really don't bring anything to the table in terms of expertise. The same goes for the senior management. I doubt any of them would land a senior role in a bigger firm.
