      Pros

      Just a brand ("Big 4")

      Cons

      Its one of the big 4, but its just a title. - Highly political firm, where the manager is over powered to backstab the staffs. - Most of the managers are just ridiculous, asking the staffs to do unnecessary work. - Lousy technology among all the big 4. - Non-user friendly audit system. - Lots of admin work. - During the coronarivus period, the firm just care for their brand instead of caring the health and safety of the people in the firm, as supported by: "With the continued escalation of the COVID-19 situation, the need to protect our brand and serve our client while living our purpose and values is more important than ever." - Low budget for audit fees, lack of staffs in the engagement team. - etc..

      Cross-functional experience, good internal training

      Cons

      Horrible work culture, partner-centric. Don't care about their employees. Multiple instances of ripping off clients. A place full of lies and negativity, especially program management practice. Multiple partners clearly unethical, but nothing is done. Hopefully, recent media scrutiny will bring some change.

      Pros

      Salary, hike and bonus were good

      Cons

      HR and senior management didnt take action against sexual harassment and I had to resign despite of several complaints. I had to work overtime everyday including saturdays without any chargeable hours. The senior management made me print, bind their own personal stuffs, send couriers, deliver hard copy reports to their home, wrote personal attacks in my feedback sheet at year end, made me deliver posts to client office, throw papers in dustbin.
