      Pros

      Big company, looks good on your CV, lots of support structures, worked as part of a talented team of individuals who are still good friends.

      Cons

      Data analytics was only there to serve the audit, which was beyond dull and didn't embrace analytics at all. Promised an awful lot during the interview and it never came to fruition. Poor management structure and promotion prospects, you will be locked into the audit promotion path which is ridiculous given we are not auditors.

      the pay was somewhat competitve

      Cons

      The management in the Dallas downtown office is horrible, they believe in micro management and unfair workplace practices. Changing environment without any warning. Everything can change at the drop of a dime and management will not inform you until the final hour resulting in you staying later than anticipated.

      Pros

      Pay is good, team CAN be good. If you're in the shared services teams, the brand and pay is your only PRO.

      Cons

      The work quality is nadah. The work life balance and employee friendliness depends only on the team leader you have. It can be miserable if your team leader isn't a leader in the correct sense of the term. Promotions are difficult as the shared services are filled with people of all kinds of qualifications doing the same kinda work.
