      Pros

      Ability to meet and work with very bright people at EY and onsite with clients. Ability to be creative and think strategically. Sense of accomplishment from the clients who appreciate your work.

      Cons

      Never knowing where your next project is. Constantly on the move. working round the clock on engagements or selling. Work Life balance is stressed however when you use your vacation it brings your utilization down so people tend not to take it because it would adversely affect your year end performance numbers.

      Good benefits, and vacation time.

      Cons

      Absolutely stay away as far as possible. Every man for himself, management absolutely does not care about you or anything, they rather save the trouble. “Experience hires” are all super unqualified. A staff can be more knowledgeable than a senior or a manager. Work life balance is absolutely a joke, if you have kids, don’t even think about working here. Many times I have seen single parents get shown the door because they can’t work crazy hours. Work culture is “fit in or get out”, super cliquey. If they don’t like you for any reasons, they stop assigning you to engagements then hoping you would “get the hint” and quit. You are better off to other big fours.

      Good benefits, good exposure, wide coverage.

      Cons

      Factors in determining your performance largely depends on the engagements you are assigned to, and the managers you are under. While there is little to no say for staffs to choose your portfolio, it boils down to luck.
