Pros

A lot of motivated, intelligent colleagues so you learn a lot in a short period. CA study support/exam/membership fees are all paid for. Generous study leave provided and taking study leave was never a problem, even during busy season.

Cons

Long hours and some weekends, particularly during busy season. No one actually cares about your well-being so you really have to set your own boundaries and stand up for yourself or you will be worked to your limits (and beyond). Seniors and Managers are still young so don't really know how to manage/train people effectively. If you get a particularly bad Manager on your engagement, you could be left to deal with issues and figure out everything on your own. Half of the year is blackout period so can't take leave without approval from Managers and above. Timesheets are annoying and time-consuming. If you miss a timesheet submission, you lose all the TOIL for that month.
