Pros

Flexibility outside of busy season is good, great place to launch your career, learning curve is steep, but it teaches you to adapt quickly to new things.

Cons

No work/life balance during busy season, often working every weekend and it is expected of you, so it goes without appreciation, ratings can sometimes reflect someone's personal opinion of you rather than your work quality, lots of politics.

Pros

Large company where you have the opportunity to gain good experience that can be leveraged at other companies and on your resume. Competitive environment with good caliber co-workers.

Cons

Senior leadership/management lacks the ability to communicate or message changes and their vision for success. Turnover due to lack of work life balance is high and as a result the company is often understaffed.
