- global knowledge sharing network - great teamwork - opportunity to interact with clients in diff industries and keep learning

Cons

- work hours are taxing during peak periods - staff turnover high as in other professional practices leading to work load disrtibution - engagement allied admin work added on managers

The only pro is hopefully some sort of resume boost to get a job that matters later on down the road.

Cons

Too much work for too little pay. This firm is going absolutely no where. No raises in the past 2 years.
