      Pros

      Flexibility, work with very motivated and intelligent people, new and different challenges in the work, fun atmosphere, leaders used to care about your family and tried to help you achieve balance

      Cons

      reactionary to competitors- not industry leading, when the recession hit the firm made tough decisions that kept the Partners making profits while laying off people who they worked so hard to retain. Even Partners are scared for their jobs right now- which means they can't support their staff and provide the type of guidance they used to.

      Pros

      Fresh graduate will increase the exposure of audit in all industries sectors and benefits from handling diversify accounts, also shall be updated with IFRS.

      Cons

      There no opportunity to obtain a professional qualification. There no training for field work. There no fairness for employment level hire.

      Pros

      There are selected opportunities for those who are able to work competently. Gd staff welfare like weekly fruits n night snacks sponsored during "peak period". Talented middle management that one can learn from. Equally capable colleagues makes it a competive yet friendly place to work in. Establish global brand name.

      Cons

      Management tend to overdrive the staff. Average work week is more than 65hrs. Hence no work life balance. Sometimes management have a tendency to not give credit, recognition, rewards (bonuses) as due.
