Pros

Vacation and Flexible Work arrangements along with option to purchase additional days off. Enrollment is optional but convenient as you can buy 5 or 10 days.

Cons

Long commute times required for certian clients. High travel demands depending on clients and lots of hours with no additional recognition.

Pros

A lot of things to learn especially when you are new or just starting your career. Can expect good career advancement.

Cons

Huge work load and can be stressful at times especially when chasing deadlines. Due to work load, you may miss some opportunity for your own development e.g. training.

Pros

You'll make a lot of great friends. Misery loves company. EY is a great place to jump start your career.

Cons

No work life balance. Unlimited sick days but you'll never get time to take any sick day. You are probably sick due to the stress caused by work.
