Pros

Ernst & Younf have a great international reputation and is a superb launchpad into other corporate finance roles - P.E. etc. Those who have studied, or finished the C.A. qualification are bright, intelligent and able.

Cons

Serious reservations surrounding those studyig ACCA, many appear not to have the skill sets to work in a top firm Audit is monkey's work. You get paid less than other service line so if you're Oxbridge or Russell Group (top 20 universities) demand tax or corporate finance. If they refuse, go elsewhere. If not, packed those coloured pens, turn off your brain and get ticking folks!

Pros

- International opportunities - Learning - good firsty job out of university. - if one is top performer, big EY has a quite a lot of opportunities within organisation

Cons

- Big 4 is still big 4, sometimes the job is too technical and big 4 needs to do jobs that nobody else within a clients organisation wants to do. - Low sallaries/ relativelly long working hours. -
