Pros

I've had a great experience so far at Ernst & Young, the people are excellent and the work is challenging. If you do well you are rewarded. Flexible scheduling allows for a life out side of work.

Cons

Long Hours can be tough sometimes but this is true of all big four firms. Brand name not as solid as PwC

Pros

In developed countries EY has solid infrastructure and good environment with good salary. EY hires great human resource. Good salary, excellent career development opportunities.

Cons

Must have checks and balances on salary, in underdevelopment countries. If you can have checks on standards you must think about employees as-well.
