Pros

Of course, you are gonna work many hours but the advantage of being a small team is that everybody is very supportive and you can ask for days off, permissions, vacations and home office.

Cons

The IB team is relatively new, and there is a lot of room for improvements like bad time management and no many incentives for entry levels.
