      Not concerned with experienced workers needs, Caters to campus hires, Non inclusive environment, Rewards "clicks", Promotes discrimination and unprofessional behaviors, High employee turnover, Unproductive HR, and employee conflict issues. Frequently loses project clientele, Poor Project Management. Dishonest Hiring Recruiters

      Good flexibility of timing,Work from home ,good pay as per market standards.

      Cons

      When it comes to testing it's becoming worst day by day,The projects are worst and all the projects are driven from Chennai only. No concerns will be heard it's become pathetic.No onsite opportunities and the opportunities will be given to relatives of the director and manager only.Its full of Telugu polictics from down to bottom.This time they have given single digit hike for the people who worked really hard. The people who didn't worked and who do bucketing they will get everything. EY leads for recognizing the people work is just sucks. Counselors will not be having any authority or power to do something and Their points will not be heard by management team. Recruitment is not transparent,They are hiring only friends and family of Telugu managers and friends.They are rejecting the people who have right skills for the job.once they are into office they won't work at all.Its literally irritates the people over here.
