Pros

Good Benefits package Work from home possible

Cons

Huge company unable to recognise the worth of their employees as so disconnected to what they actually do. Long hours for no recognition 4/5 rating in every performance review but minimal pay rise and then made refundant at end of 7 years just before Christmas leaving massive uncertainty for wife/house/children No help to redeploy skill set even though it was expansive Found fantastic role elsewhere- EYs loss is now their gain. Pitch themselves as a diverse organisation focussing on the politically correct but then treat hardworking and delivery focussed employees very badly. The image doesn’t fit the reality.
