      Pros

      I absolutely love my coworkers. They are dedicated team players who get things done. WLB is good, I rarely work nights or weekends. Tech stack is fairly current and cloud native. We have some exciting products in the pipeline and business is good. There is a sense of camaraderie among engineers that you won’t find at every company.

      Cons

      It’s a 200 person startup that has suffered the same attrition as any other company recently. There is occasional chaos, and communication between groups could be better. I wish executive leadership communicated not just more often, but outside their thought bubbles. But TBH these are just nits, and every company of this size has similar issues.

      Pros

      In Earnin I worked with really smart developers and good managers. The culture is very positive. They are very consistent in how they care about people. They really care about customers. And is true for employees as well. It was so comfortable to work there. I worked close with few managers there and they are really good too.

      Cons

      I don't know what to put here honestly. I think the only con that I see is because of COVID I missed gathering together, discussing things in the same room, having lunch together. But even though I missed it, we were able to successfully work together remotely. And actually performance surprisingly improved.

      Great Company With Great People That Is Ready To Takeoff

      Pros

      - A talented and driven group of executives with experience ranging from shepherding startups to successful completion to delivering big projects at the FAANG companies. - A great balance between the product and engineering mindset - It is very transparent: I've never seen a company share so much so widely with employees - The employees very much buy into the company mission. That mission has attracted the type of positive, can do people that want to make a real difference in society. It is a very positive culture - fast paced and energetic, definitely a place to be part of a company with a strong foundation in all aspects, that has has ambitious plans and goals and the plan to get there

      Cons

      - fast paced and energetic: wait didn't I have that in 'Pros'? I did, but it's a good/bad thing. This is a place for driven, talented and ambitious engineers that can move fast. Who want to be part of a company on its way up and grow fast. If you are looking for a cozy job to park yourself, it isn't for you.
