      We're in an intensely competitive space where speed to market matters, and this is an opportunity for us. We have already made significant changes that will very positively impact this.

      - Helpful mentor and can learn much - Engineering Manager and Director are professional and careful, you can trust them - People here are nice, quick response to your questions - Impact on different features - Really doing something meaningful for people

      Cons

      I agree with someone in the review that "not really". Maybe matching 401k, moving faster in the new products/features rollout, or maybe regulating some developing/designing process but all understandable and people are trying to improve these since these are just open to dicuss.
