Horrible management. It starts at the very top and unfortunately bleeds down. Bad managers run people out. They grew way too fast and do not fully invest in their systems or humans. Low pay, for a lot of work. You can barely get a raise. You will have to switch positions in order to get a raise.

-Favoritism (Positions awarded in favor and not merit) -Compensation (I started in 2015 making 35k only bumped up 7k in almost 10 years despite getting satisfactory merit yearly) -Upper Management (Hardly in the trenches doing the work but have so much to say about the work done) -Culture (At one point Element was so inclusive but my last 2 years they became too hushed and censored.) Once they decided to get rid of the African American Forum the Black Employee Network became a joke, no longer a safe space for workers to talk. -Moving (Moving from Hunt Valley to Owings Mills was not a decision with workers in mind, myself and too many others had their commute go from 45-50 mins to sometimes 1.5 hrs to and from work) -In office Work ( Not enough seating, came in office to do the same stuff we do at home, make it make sense.) -Not Transparent (News didn’t come to the “lower associates” until it was too late. The company did not do a good job keeping EVERYONE informed. I could go on and on….
