Outdated technology and no real plan to update. Extremely manual processes and no desire to change the way they've always done it. Bleeding never ends and they don't care.

Nice office on Bay Street. Very formal and needs to relax though. That’s it.

Cons

It’s heartbreaking to see so many people scared to speak up about what is wrong with the culture here. Our CPO is so closed minded and doesn’t know enough about other aspects of Human Resources to know how to lead with the integrity required. Communications in the business is so fake. There was a new purpose was launched, but it’s all lip service. None of the executive team or directors role model in an inspiring way - maybe the Execs from ANZ and MX, but we don’t see them much in Toronto.
