- In the midst of fast-paced, concise, meaningful, and impactful change under a highly engaged and transparent CEO - A culture that promotes continuous improvement from all levels of employee - Relationships with Line Managers are strong - Really great people!!

Cons

- For those looking to step into a company that thinks they have everything figured out and confined responsibility the ever-evolving and improving will not be a fit - Many opportunities for profitability have yet to be exploited making operations lean until the changes take shape - Personal development is valued through investments in soft skills education platforms, there is a need for a platform to support development at all levels

Nice office space. Pay is ok

Cons

Pay for parking, low employee morale, lots of turnover, lacks culture, feels like Senior Management doesn't care about thier employees - let alone remember thier names/faces.

Element Fleet Management Response

Thank you for sharing your feedback. Element pays for parking based on the local practices and prices of the City it operates in as a normal business practice. The CRA defines parking as a taxable benefit which Element follows to remain in compliance with legislation.

Pros

I like dealing with my clients. Pay is sufficient but too much overtime required. Support staff is wonderful to deal with, efficient and friendly.

Cons

No systems to support work load, no support or understanding from supervisors. Company seems disorganized so no clear path on procedures hard to serve clients efficiently and timely.
