      Pros

      One thing I did enjoy was being able to test drive different vehicles that were brought to the office periodically.

      Cons

      There are not many pros for this place. The system is outdated and its DOS-based. I have not used a DOS-based system in over 25 years. This place really lacks diversity. There are NO minorities in any leadership positions. If there are any, its very minimal. They contracted new cafe people and they are not good. The prices increased, but the quality is sub-par. Turn over rate is high and people are leaving on a regular basis. I would NEVER work there again. Ever. I was there for nearly two years and was ready to go within the first couple of months. The job market was poor, which was why I stuck it out for so long.

      We have heard our team members’ feedback that we can do more to share why we are making changes and how they connect back to our strategy. From this feedback, we hosted our Strategy Roadshow at all our locations, and an all-employee Town Hall where we spent 60 and 90 minutes respectively walking through our strategy and answering our team members’ questions. We encourage you have open conversations with your leader if you continue to have questions.
