      None. I've had a few working experiences and none of them have been able to compare. Element Fleet is truly unique and succeeds because of the people within the company.

      Element Fleet Management - Company on the Rise

      Pros

      I have worked for Element, and another former ownership of the Fleet Management company for over 10 years. This is the company that gave me my career start, and as a result they will always hold a special place in my heart. As an employer, they are aggressive with regards to career advancement. You can truly climb the career ladder if you are dedicated and a self-starter. I also find Senior Management to be very accessible. Additionally, it's an exciting time to join the Element team. The company has made some quite large acquisitions of competitor companies and is poised to lead the industry in the coming months and years.

      Cons

      As previously mentioned, the company has made some recent acquisitions and is undergoing a integration process. This type of change naturally causes some stress and uncertainty. But, it will be short lived and when complete we will be the best Fleet Management offering in the industry.
