      Pros

      Our parent company just announced that the fleet management business is becoming a stand alone, publicly traded company. This is very exciting. While it represents more change, it is the right kind of change. We have a chance to truly make something great for our customers and shareholders.

      Cons

      No real cons - we have to execute and stay focused on customers and realize the potential we have. Our technology investment is powerful and exciting.

      Pros

      Parent company is investing a significant amount of money in 2016 to revamp the entire IT infrastructure. Result will be an industry leading platform and an exciting environment for IT professionals. Most of the heavy lifting will be done in 2016 and company growth trajectory looks great based on previous acquisitions. CIO is a visionary unlike any competitor and its very cool to see what we're doing in a fast paced and challenging environment. Love the team I work with day to day and leadership is eager to get it right. Probably one of the most attractive IT placements I've had in Maryland/DC area.

      Cons

      Some people don't like change, while others recognize the positive investment. People equity is retiring/leaving as they have been working in a very dated infrastructure and find it difficult to keep up with the changing architecture.

      Pros

      Two of the best fleet management companies are coming together as one. This will create many opportunities for both career and personal growth. People in both Eden Prairie and Sparks are passionate about customers and delivering value. Work environment is good.

      Cons

      With any integration, there is uncertainty. Having said that though, I have confidence we will come through the integration better off and the company will be well positioned for growth
