New senior leadership team that is forming a fantastic culture of dedicated and skilled employees that are accountable for the best service for clients. New standard vacation offering of 15 days to start. Most reviews on on this business are former employees that were not used to being accountable for performance. If you have solid work ethic you will love the opportunities that exist for advancement and growth in a career at Element.

Cons

Fast paced environment that requires discipline to maintain life balance. Some improvements have been made to the benefit plan with more flexibility in coverage. The business has clearly demonstrated the willingness to listen and adjust.

Pros

Was a great place to be 2 years ago. Great location. Culture at GE made this a great place, but new culture is really bad. Pizzas for lunch are good.

Cons

This place is imploding and employees are jumping ship. Middle management is only concerned about their personal brand, they could care or less about their employees. Senior management is completely out of touch with reality.
