Executives seem more interested in pandering to every social issue and hoping revenue can fund all the pandering. Losing qualified technical and salespeople and quota hiring those that check the boxes is the focus.

That's what being a good corporate citizen is all about. Part of why we have such a thriving business and culture is because of our commitment to students and our communities - evidenced by programs like our PATH scholarship, DEI initiatives, and more. We are going to continue to double down on this: that's why we continue to win business and grew over 16% last year. Last but not least, our attrition numbers are well below market standard. Couple that with our engagement survey scores, which are the highest they've ever been, indicates that our business and people strategy is resonating with our employee and customer base.
