4yWhile Ellucian cannot speak to the reviewer’s personal experience, we feel compelled to respond to comments like this one that include assertions that are entirely baseless – and, indeed, patently false.
At Ellucian, we have zero tolerance for racism. Discrimination of any sort is inconsistent with our core values and how we operate. We are firmly committed to progress and respect – and ensuring our environment is inclusive of all perspectives. In fact, our companywide Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) session spoke to the many strategic initiatives in play – among them, ensuring our employees have the tools and space for authentic conversations with their teams and colleagues. Finally, regarding return to work, once again your facts are wrong: we will always put employee safety and wellbeing first – and our recent communications clearly outlined that we will not require employees to return to the office in 2021.
This is not about politics; this is about dignity and equity – and doing what’s right. We will continue to stand for these principles and individuals who do not, should not work for Ellucian.
