      Opportunities to work with more up-to-date Technology Stack - though not cutting-edge.

      Short-visioned objectives - so priorities change very often technically and strategically.

      Pros

      Ellucian has supportive upper management that seem to genuinely care for the employees and employees' career advancement. Working at Ellucian also provides nice work/life balance- at least for me.

      Cons

      HR is not readily accessible. I needed to check with HR on some issues but HR was not very responsive. It took multiple emails and an email from my supervisor to get them to respond.

      Work for a University as a student worker. Flexible hrs/fantastic people/lots of resources to learn

      Cons

      Repetitive work. Not my style but if you're not someone who likes change, it's good.
