      Education industry going through dynamic change; good, well-intentioned staff; Software company; International reach; Nice and forgiving client base; If you like process above all else, this is your place.

      Cons

      Under market salaries; Dysfunctional culture; 30+ year old software in the middle of a painful and clumsy transition to the cloud; Higher education experience is a liability; "Cliche" CEO who constantly uses such phrases as "only hire A players," "you can't work long or hard enough," etc.); New ownership; Leadership underestimating market dynamics and who do not know the industry or clients; Environment for creative or innovative people is constricting and frustrating.

      I like the environment. Fast paced with people always willing to help when you need it and there are so many technologies to learn

      I have not really seen any cons yet. There learning curve it steep but that is expected with any IT company
