Primarily because of the attitudes of Bangalore management who have never worked elsewhere and cut their teeth under such an outdated 'outsourced' IT climate. * Middle and senior management at the Bangalore office have been around forever and have no clue how a modern IT company works. Power structures are well entrenched and jealously guarded.
