Work-life balance, good benefits, good pay, 3 weeks paid vacation + separate sick days. Can either work from home, or work on the client site depending on the position.

Cons

Relocation is only available after 2 years in the position you were hired for.

This company has a large presence in the US, a decent benefits package, a culture which is slowly shifting toward being less silo-ed and more engaging. The company recently acquired a new CEO - This comment is informational only and is neither a pro or a con at this time.

Cons

The company is contract based and as per the nature of contracts with customers, contracts can change. It's not uncommon for some employees to have to move once every several years in order to stay with the company.

Cons

VERY divisive with one culture over the other. Exec mgt extremely cut throat and nasty. CEO was a joke and not respected
