      Co-workers are nice people and care about the work and each other.

      Cons

      Management can't make a decision and stick with it. Flip-flops and changes all the time. Terribly understaffed in all areas.

      Pros

      This is a best place to work for married professionals(both male & female), who has already traveled the globe and wants to settle down in India...go for it if you get a chance. Salary is good and its upto you how much you can bargain, work from home is allowed, during emergency extended period is also allowed if you convience the management and with proper reasons, no problem in applying leave anytime..many more.

      Cons

      Career is confined to the higher ed market, no proper visibility on the career growth, few settled folks are running the business from India so dont dwell with them...
