      Working at the IBM of higher education software definitely has it's benefits.

      The strategic combination has left both Banner and Colleague clients a little uneasy.

      Pros

      outstanding benifits package provided. Lots of time off, great health medical and dental coverage. Project work available as well as operational work.

      Cons

      Senior site management fails to recognize on-site talent and resources. Teams are very silo focused with little to no cross team functions. individual failures are not corrected and allowed to fester.

      For those who want to settle down, this is a good company. But, there won't be any further growth, also the domain is not a good one.

      Cons

      Worst domain and organization to work with for those who are dynamic and career oriented. Also, internal politics are very common.
