      Very political upper management. Very disorganized. New to cloud development. New to scrum. Does not "walk the talk".

      1) Work Flexibility 2) Steep Learning Curve 3) Next-Gen "DevOps" implementation 4) Nice policies and decent compensation 5) Company is doing good recently

      1) You don't get a feel of working with a team in this company. Too many small, nuclear teams doesn't encourage you and it doesn't feel like a team 2) Office Facilities could be better
