You maybe able to use this company as a stepping stone. You get a paycheck.
Cons
Lack of organized and supportive site level management. The site was run in triage mode getting through day by day. Unfair business practices towards some employees. Eliminating skilled employees in favor of less experienced or educated staff. Little to no investment in real training. I assume in order keep the status quo with outdated technology at the managed site I was at. Your efforts may be undermined. Only they know the reason this is done. I leave it for your own interpretation as to why.
