Friendly co-workers, a university on the rise, and and a mission you can believe in. Great benefits, but low pay.

Cons

Not much room to move up in certain departments here and outside the university, there isn't too much going on in town.

good vacation and sick day benefits access to theater tickets for free

Cons

toxic work environment workplace bullying rampant too much work, never any compensation or more hiring for what you do no chance for advancement unless you're in the "in" crowd
