My coworkers, night management crew amazing! It was not for me but others might like that there very laid back as in you can basically do what you want as long as they don't need to call the cops I guess lol

Cons

Bad to no leadership, very bad treatment ( I blame this on bad leadership and people not being told the rights and wrongs) your really left on your own

stay cheaply at other Hilton hotels.

Cons

Horrible management. Lying, stealing, sleeping on the job (literally). The HR director is also in charge of house keeping so there really is no one looking out for the employees. The GM does not wish to hear about any problems. Little training, poor pay and no following of policies.
