I have met some great coworkers through this job, and some of the guests are nice. The starting pay is above minimum wage for this position, but that is still not enough.

Cons

The pay is not good, and raises are rarely (if ever) given. There is no opportunity for growth. Often we are put into bad situations where there is no way to please the guest, such as when the hotel purposely overbooks guests and we are forced to walk the guests to another hotel.
