Great company, not so great property

Pros

Hilton has a great company with great standards. I have never felt more welcomed to a new job. The people for the most part were great and friendly. They have excellent benefits and incentives with great pay.

Cons

The housekeepers seem to run the whole place. The Dept head is the Asst. GM who has never been a housekeeper or in the dept. Supervisors have no say in how the dept is ran and they can't do anything to housekeepers to get them to do their job properly. The scores were horrible. If the non English speaking housekeepers don't like you you have no chance.
