Pros

The Health Insurance, Employee Travel Program, and Some great co workers.

Cons

Management leak of communication, Unprofessional behavior, never received my annual review but I got an email with my increase. No opportunity to grow if your not a part of the good old boys club. Their change policy when it benefits them, but enforces policy when it benefits the employee. I worked for the company for over a year and I would not even know who upper management is if I fell over them.

Management is not as organized as they should be Back of the house is usually messy Managers contradict each other all the time (communication issues constantly)
